All graduands are required to complete both Graduate Tracer Study Survey and HCUC Alumni Registration Form.

Please take a screenshot of the Tracer Study Survey Confirmation Slip and Alumni Form Submission Slip for your reference.

Please present them to the staff on duty as proof of completion before collecting your Convocation Attire.

Submitting the Tracer Study Survey Confirmation Slip and Alumni Form Submission Slip is mandatory to collect your Convocation Attire, academic scroll and transcript. Therefore, we seek your kind cooperation in completing the survey and keep the slip ready for a hassle-free collection process.

If you are unable to personally collect your Convocation Attire and wish to authorise someone to collect it on your behalf, ensure that they bring along the Authorisation for Collection of Convocation Attire Form, Tracer Study Survey Confirmation Slip and Alumni Form Submission Slip as well.
