Convocation Information

Remarks:

Photography Service

  • The convocation fee package includes the rental of Convocation Attire and on-stage photographs.

  • The official photographers of HCUC will take photographs of graduands.

  • Individual photos will be sent to graduands by the Convocation Attire vendor according to the address indicated in the Reply Slip. 

  • The package includes:

OPTIONAL SERVICE:

FAMILY PHOTOGRAPHY PACKAGE (NOT INCLUDED IN THE GRADUATION FEES)

  • ​​A photo studio will be set up by the Convocation Attire vendor on 26 and 29 September 2025.

(This is an additional paid service provided by the Convocation Attire vendor for those who are interested to sign up for a family photography package. Please liaise with the vendor directly.)

  • Photo studio will be set up at Multi-Purpose Hall 1 on 26 September 2025 (2:00 pm - 5:00 pm) for your Individual Portrait shot; hence, you may come with formal attire. 

  • Photo shootings are also available on 29 September 2025; therefore, kindly make arrangements as per your convenience.

Collection of Graduate’s Photograph

  • Individual photos will be sent to the graduate’s home address as indicated in the Reply Slip by the Convocation Attire vendor.
