Convocation Fee

Remarks:

• Graduands who fail to pay the convocation fee by the stated deadline will not be
  allowed to attend the Convocation Ceremony.

• Payments made after the deadline will not be processed and will be refunded one
  month after the convocation date.

• Extra tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please upload your proof of
  payment in the Convocation Registration Form after making the payment to secure your
  seat. If reservations are full, you will be informed, and the payment will be refunded by
  the Finance Department one month after the convocation date.

• August 2026 graduands are encouraged to take advantage of the early payment discount by purchasing their convocation fee package in advance. If you extend your studies and cannot graduate by August 2026, your payment will be carried forward to next year’s convocation.

• Graduands who purchased their convocation fee package in advance in 2025 will have their payment carried forward to this year’s convocation. Please fill out your Convocation Registration Form HERE and indicate that you made the payment in advance in 2025.
