Convocation Fee

Remarks:

• If graduands failed to pay the convocation fee by the given deadline stated above, they are not allowed to attend the Convocation Ceremony. 

• Payment made after the payment deadline stated above will not be processed and will be refunded after one month from the convocation date.

• Purchase of extra tickets is on a first-come, first-served basis. Please ensure you email the proof of payment to bursary@hju.edu.my as soon as the payment is made to reserve the seat. If the reservation is full, you will be informed and the payment will be refunded by Finance after one month from the convocation date.

• For the August 2024 graduands, you are encouraged to take advantage of this early payment discount by purchasing your convocation fee package in advance; if you are extending your study and unable to graduate by August this year, your paid fee will be carried forward to next year’s Convocation.
