We have some exciting news for our graduating classes! Starting from the 2026 graduating session onwards, HCUC is officially going digital. We are implementing secure Blockchain Digital Certificates for all graduates across all levels of study.
What does this mean for you? In addition to receiving your traditional physical certificate after the convocation ceremony, you will now receive an official, tamper-proof digital copy.

1. Scan the QR Code: Use any smartphone camera to scan the encrypted QR code printed on the digital or physical certificate.
2. Upload & Verify: Upload the digital PDF file. The system will instantly cross-reference the blockchain ledger and confirm if the certificate is authentic and officially issued by HCUC.
